[OE-core] [Error] do_package error on libgcc

[Giuseppe Condorelli]

Well, for my goals, I need a fixed compiler version and not the 4.6 and 4.7
the oe-core provides.
However I avoided the problem setting INHERIT_INSANE="" in the distro .conf
file
(although I can think it's not a safe solution).
