[OE-core] new git SRC_URI for kmod is, frankly, abysmal

  i notice that the SRC_URI for kmod just changed to
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/kernel/kmod/kmod.git, which appears
to be horrifically unresponsive.  several attempts to clone, and never
made it past 11 or 12%.
