[OE-core] [PATCH] SPDX:real-time license scanning and SPDX output.

Elizabeth Flanagan elizabeth.flanagan at intel.com
Fri Aug 23 21:40:35 UTC 2013

From: liangcao <liangcao at unomaha.edu>

SPDX integrates real-time license scanning, generates
SPDX standard output and license verification
information during the OE-Core build process. The
existing module includes scanning patched packages
and creating package and file level SPDX documents.
