[OE-core] [PATCH 0/3] Add ability to set clear text password and remove zap_root_password function

This patchset mainly contains two changes:
1. Add the ability to set clear text password
   The third patch serves as an example of how to do this in a recipe.
   An additional patch has been sent to poky at yoctoproject.org, which adds extra information to
   local.conf.sample.extended about this issue.
2. Remove the zap_root_password function to make things work correctly if 'debug-tweaks' is not in
   IMAGE_FEATRUES.
