[OE-core] [PATCH 02/11] busybox: Upgrade to v1.21.0

Hi Radu,

I sent a patch a few days ago, which updates busybox to 1.21.1.
1.21.1 is now available and claimed to be 'stable'.

Please have a look at the patch. Any comment or suggestion is welcome.
