[OE-core] [PATCH] gstreamer1.0: upgrade to 1.2.0

The gst-ffmpeg and gst-libav packages have always produced this warning.
It is actually caused by the libav/ffmpeg code. I have seen several
attempts at fixing this (both for gst-ffmpeg/libav and for the dedicated
ffmpeg/libav recipes), but wasn't sure which one to pick, and figured
that the right one can be decided later, as a followup patch. I do not
have a patch file lying around that could immediately be applied though.
One way would be to patch the libav copy's configure script, as
suggested here: http://patches.openembedded.org/patch/55403/
but that is very architecture specific, and does not look all that clean
to me.
One other reason why I think this should be a separate patch is that the
libav recipe has the same problem (it also produces this warning).
