Yes, I can do that for variables, but the native one have additional 
tasks and different behaviors:

addtask mkimage after do_compile before do_install
addtask deploy after do_install before do_build
do_install[noexec] = "1"
do_populate_sysroot[noexec] = "1"


I don't know how to define them differently, I tried:
do_install_class-native[noexec] = "1"
do_populate_sysroot_class-native[noexec] = "1"
do_mkimage_class-target[noexec] = "1"
do_deploy_class-target[noexec] = "1"

but it didn't work.
