[OE-core] nativesdk-dbus depends on nativesdk-dbus-ptest-ptest

Hi,

sorry my fault it needs to be RDEPENDS_dbus_class-nativesdk = ""

but shouldn't than the RDEPENDS_class-native = "" also be changed to 
RDEPENDS_dbus_class-native = ""
