[OE-core] [PATCH 1/1] sanity.bbclass/kernel.bbclass: minor fixes

Fixed:
- Remove an unused line
- Remove unneeded code after d.getVar(), we don't need the "or ''" after
  d.getVar() unless we need a string.
- typo: PREMIRROS -> PREMIRRORS.
