I meant this:

+PACKAGECONFIG[microhttpd] =
"--enable-microhttpd,--disable-microhttpd,libmicrohttpd"

Clear to the person reading the .bb, and if systemd changes the
behaviour when the option isn't specified (to enable, or automatically
detect) then our build doesn't change.
