[OE-core] [PATCH 1/1] buildhistory.bbclass: create wrapper functions around buildhistory_get_sdk_installed

[Laurentiu Palcu]

bb.build.exec_func() does not allow passing arguments to the executed
scripts. Use wrappers instead.
