[OE-core] [PATCH] oeqa/targetcontrol: fix loading a controller using a class name

This was wrong and if one would do TEST_TARGET = "SimpleRemoteTarget"
instead of TEST_TARGET = "simpleremote" it would complain
that there is no such controller when there is.
