[OE-core] [PATCH 1/2 v2] apt-native: Install apt-ftparchive

[Ricardo Ribalda Delgado]

apt-ftparchive is needed to create a Release file compatible with
SecureApt.

It is also a more efficient replacement of dpkg-scanpackages.
