Do you mean I should use:

PACKAGECONFIG ??= "full"
PACKAGECONFIG[full] = ",,, ${PN}-full"
RDEPENDS_${PN}-full = "${PN}-archive  ${PN}-python ${PN}-perl ${PN}-tests"
