[OE-core] [PATCH] runqemu-internal: Fixes unary operator expected in new TCPSERIAL_PORTNUM

If $TCPSERIAL_PORTNUM is empty string causes an error because
expands the expresion to,
$TCPSERIAL_PORTNUM == "" -> == ""
