[OE-core] [PATCH] Fix packet discards HTTP redirect.

Disconnect the connection by poll() timeout.
If timeout=0 and apr_wait_for_io_or_timeout()=APR_TIMEUP then
apr_socket_recv() returns EAGAIN.
