[OE-core] linux-yocto: Any known issues blocking 4.1 kernel?

Just use linux-yocto-dev, it is already on 4.1-rc7 and will work on master/fido.
To bump the versioned linux-yocto recipe, you'd need to actually merge
content (since it doesn't have 4.1 commits), and that is something I'll do once
4.1 releases.
