[OE-core] [meta][PATCH] python-native: Compute prefix based on staging area

This patch is based off the jethro branch, which is where I encountered the issue.
I haven't had a chance to check this on master yet, so it's not clear to me whether
or not this is still an issue there.  I was hoping for some feedback on whether or
not this patch would be feasible for jethro, and whether or not it has already been
addressed in newer versions of the python-native recipe.
