[OE-core] util-linux_2.26.2.bb, do_patch failed with exit code '1

Hi

I am using the Jethro branch of oe-core, and my build is failing with the error below. 

This has started happening in the last few days. This build worked as expected last week.

Has anyone else seen anything like this please?

I have removed the contents of the tmp, downloads and caches a few times to test.
