[OE-core] [PATCH 1/2] cantarell-fonts: Add recipe

Hi Jussi,

Thank you for considering the addition of cantarell fonts to OE-core. I
will submit an updated cantarell fonts recipe with v0.0.21 and PR ="r0"
removed.
