[OE-core] [poky][PATCH 0/2] Add patches for gstreamer 1.6

As gstreamer has been upgraded from 1.6.2 to 1.6.3, and my former patches haven't 
been accepted yet, need to recreate the patches based on new recipe.

   Add video crop supporting when convert frame.

   Fix memory leak of navigation thread.
