Yes. I sent this patch to oe-core because I believe it is a great
addition to OE since this will enable many applications to be ported to
Embedded Linux that before was not possible. JUCE has no support for
Embedded Linux so far because most people doing Audio programming have
no experience with this side of things.

I can send this as part of meta-multimedia, no problem. What is the
process to promote a recipe to oe-core?

Anyhow, I have to resend a v2 of this recipe anyway because there are
some typos to be fixed.
