This says that the btrfstools recipe is broken, not the packaging.  udev
looks in /lib no matter what $libdir is.

udev reads UDEVLIBEXECDIR/rules.d, where
udevlibexecdir=$(rootprefix)/lib/udev and we pass rootprefix=$baseprefix
(which defaults to /).
