IMAGE_FSTYPES_DEBUGFS -should- be set to default to:

IMAGE_FSTYPES_DEBUGFS ?= "${IMAGE_FSTYPES}"

I usually set it to "tar.gz" myself.

So this is a bug, and we definitely need to fix it.  :P
