Would this be responsible for this failure under musl on the autobuilder:

system/GNU/Linux/tcf/context-linux.c:490:10: error: variable 'cmd' has
initializer but incomplete type
     enum __ptrace_request cmd = PTRACE_SINGLESTEP;
