[OE-core] [PATCH 0/4] Reproducible binaries

Consensus is always a good thing.
The user can override the default by explicitly specifying (for example in local.conf)
BUILD_REPRODUCIBLE_BINARIES="1"
or
BUILD_REPRODUCIBLE_BINARIES="0"
