[OE-core] [PATCH 02/12] gstreamer1.0: upgrade 1.10.4 -> 1.12.1

Why is libdw no longer a packageconfig compared to my 1.12.0 patches? 
This new version does not seem to use a deterministic libdw check. Also, 
at least according to https://lwn.net/Articles/579508/ , libdw is newer 
than libunwind, so keeping dw as a packageconfig sounds useful to me.
