[OE-core] [PATCH 02/10] libinput: Upgrade 1.6.1 -> 1.7.2

inherit lib_package to get the binaries into libinput-bin package.
This changes the final library package name so add
RPROVIDES/RREPLACES/RCONFLICTS.
