[OE-core] [PATCH 0/2] archiver.bbclass enhancements

I just wanted to fix Yocto #11441, but then ran into three other
issues. So it goes...

I tried whether adding archiver.bbclass after a kernel build leads to
different source archives, but at least in my experiment it
didn't. It's still probably better to avoid that, just to be on the
safe side.
