[OE-core] [PATCH 17/36] oeqa/sdk: Enable usage of OEQA thread mode

oeqa/sdk/context.py - Use OETestContextThreaded.
classes/testsdk.bbclass - Enable bb event thread mode to avoid
corrupt the PIPE when multiple threads writes.
