[OE-core] [PATCH v2 0/4] oeqa: fix runtime testing using systemd-boot target

When I was setting up automated runtime testing using the systemd-boot
target I hit a couple of bugs that I addressed. There is an open bug
on this in Yocto Bugzilla #11524.
