[OE-core] [PATCH] kernel-fitimage.bbclass: Deploy fitImage without Initramfs

This patch deploys fitImage (linux.bin + dtb ).
The use case is to have 2 partioned sd card, with
FAT partition having bootloader + fitImage and
ext4 partion having rootfs.
