Since it keys off the FILE and BBINCLUDED as parsed it follows along with the 
devtool workspaces just fine. There should be no confusion added and if 
anything seeing the link to the bbappend in the devtool workspace being 
included in the links should add a level of comfort.

This was sent for RFC quite a while ago, I am only now getting around to 
pushing for proper inclusion.
