[OE-core] Not able to find clang-4.0

Hi,

I have wrote a recipe for cmake based component, which has
dependencies on clang-4.0.
I have cloned meta-clang layer which includes clang-7.
I modified and included clang-7.0 in CMakeLists.txt, but facing same
issue that clang not found.

Any suggestions?
