How has this change been tested?

ERROR: glibc-2.30-r0 do_package: QA Issue: glibc: Files/directories were installed but not shipped in any package:
  /lib/libnsl-2.30.so
  /lib/libnsl.so.1
Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.
