Between this and util-linux, there's a lot of boilerplate to split up a 
recipe into every smaller fragments.  Should we just take this to the 
logical conclusion and split it per-binary?

I'm starting to wonder if we need a "split binaries" class that can just 
split a recipe into a package-per-binary, adding the dependencies for you.
