There is a line at the end of the recipe, which was recently 
added, that says:

MULTILIB_SCRIPTS = "${PN}-bin:${bindir}/c_rehash"

I believe it should now be changed to:

MULTILIB_SCRIPTS = "${PN}-misc:${bindir}/c_rehash"
