[OE-core] [PATCH 2/3] linux-yocto/4.19: fix qemuarm KBRANCH specification

The arm-tiny reference picked up a cut and paste error from 4.15.
While the SRCREV is correct, the KBRANCH is not. We fix that by
making it match the 4.19 reality.
