[OE-core] [PATCH] kernel-fitimage: uboot-sign: fix missing signature

[Jun Nie]

u-boot.bin with dtb & signature should be placed in ${B} so that
it can be deployed by u-boot as expected. Otherwise, the version
without signature is installed.
