[OE-core] [PATCH 0/1] Adding OE_EXTRA_IMPORTS

As explained in bitbake-devel, the motivation for adding this variable is so that layers have a way of using custom progress handlers. It will also be useful for any layer that wishes to make additional Python modules usable in Python functions.
