The same files on my system:

-rwxr-xr-x root/root    113296 2019-11-04 21:14 ./lib64/libpthread-2.30.so
-rw-r--r-- root/root    100248 2019-11-04 21:14 ./lib64/libgcc_s.so.1

Your files are a lot larger, so I suspect that you've somehow turned off 
debug stripping.
