Is there a bugzilla ticket tracking the issue? I added the
--add-ignore-recommends flag to opkg, mainly to get BAD_RECOMMENDATIONS
to work for OE. If that's not the case, then need to figure out what
went wrong (the OE side or the opkg side)....
