Is there a way to compile only LTP and the necessary build dependencies?

if I run this:
. oe-init-build-env
MACHINE=qemuarm TCLIBC=musl bitbake ltp

It takes ages and compiles many things (gnutls, iptables, expat, procps, tar, ...).
