[OE-core] [PATCH 10/24] ptests: exclude lttng-tools

Basically you can view the history of the builds here:
https://autobuilder.yoctoproject.org/typhoon/#/builders/81

Click on any of the builds (identified by number), even green ones, then
'run-config - > step 1c -> view all lines
For example:
