I just thought this would make the code more clear. The source
doesn't build with autotools, PACKAGECONFIG[tipc] = ",,libmnl,"
looks a little strange. <br>
If it is not a good idea, I will send a v2 patch to keep the
PACKAGECONFIG.<br>
