[oe] QA testing (attn zecke)

Hi,

Holger has developed some wonderful tool called bittest and I believe I 
have already seen quite a few benefits from it.

On the other hand it seems that not too many people really use it.  I do 
not see much talk about it for instance.  I believe one of the reasons 
is that there is no clear guidance on what to test.  Therefore I 
believe, it would be good if someone, preferably Holger himself, set up 
some task list to which people can contribute.  IOW, this is a tool vs 
process/structure issue.  I believe the tool side of things has come 
quite some way.  I am unclear about the process.  Does Holger do all the 
bittesting himself and is there really no need for others to chip in 
with the testing?  In that case, all the better.  If not, let's start to 
define and coordinate the work.

Who wants to be part of the QA team?  What are the tasks?  When are they 
to be done and by whom?
