[oe] Looking for Familiar/iPAQ local.conf example

Oh well, thank you for the responses -- especially Nicola. My main intention
is to learn about development with embedded Linux. I think I need to focus
my time on a device with more active community support. I'll probably be
getting one of the Neo1973s when they come out.
