Can packages/ixp4xx/ixp4xx-npe_0.1.bb be deleted and the files present in the
tgz archive be placed inside the ixp4xx directory?

The purpose of this package is to extract and package the NPE-B firmware
allowing it to be loaded by hotplug on boot.
