Yes, the gcc-symlinks and binutils-symlinks packages contain the symlinks:

lrwxrwxrwx root/root         0 2007-03-21 17:07 ./usr/bin/cc -> gcc
lrwxrwxrwx root/root         0 2007-03-21 17:07 ./usr/bin/gcc ->
arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi-gcc
