I see no problem here: For cross compilation OE compiles its own
compiler, which already supports --sysroot, and for native compilation
--sysroot is not needed (--prefix=.../OE/... is correct there).

Yes, I realized that. This step seems to be the most complicated work.
As a work-around it is possible to make symlink "usr" pointing to
staging root.
